Halloween Disney cartoons!
Friday, October 23, 2009 at 4:57PM So it used to be that Disney had a ton of VHS collections with all kinds of themes. They had a couple that either directly dealt with Halloween, or were just a bit on the scary side. So this year I thought it'd be cool to grab one of those collections and watch some of these great cartoons, and wouldn't you know it, they don't make a Halloween DVD collection! What a waste! So I instead went on Youtube and made my own little collection and thought it would be fun to share it. Halloween's almost here, let's celebrate it with some Disney cartoons!
The Haunted House (1929)
I remember watching this one over and over as a kid. I loved it then, and it's still great today!
Trick or Treat (1954)
The Mad Doctor (1933)
Another great oldie. The Mad Doctor is going to be making a return next year in the new game Epic Mickey.
Lonesome Ghosts (1937)
Goofy has a very familiar sounding catchphrase here. "I aint scared of no ghosts"? Hmmm.
Donald Duck and the Gorilla (1944)
Runaway Brain (1995)
In 1995 a new Disney short was pretty rare, but they show they've still got it (or did at the time) by making an all-new fast paced and fun short film.
